How does the resemblance analysis work?
You upload 3 photos (you, your father, your mother). Our LLM Engine extracts key facial landmarks and computes a resemblance score with each parent — overall and trait by trait (eyes, nose, mouth). The analysis takes about under 10 seconds.
Is the analysis really free?
Yes, your first analysis is 100% free, no credit card required. You get an overall resemblance score with each of your parents. To unlock the trait-by-trait breakdown and save your results, just create a free account.
Are my photos stored?
Without an account, your photos are deleted immediately after the analysis. With an account, they're kept for your history and can be deleted at any time from your profile. GDPR-compliant.
What photo quality do I need?
Front-facing, well-lit photos, full face visible (no glasses or hair covering it). Minimum resolution 800×800 pixels. Any modern smartphone works. Avoid WhatsApp-compressed photos.
From what age does the analysis work?
Under 18 months, a baby's face is still poorly differentiated and the score may hesitate. Beyond that, results are reliable and stable across tests. For newborns, ideally wait at least 6 months.
Can I test with other family members?
Yes, the algorithm works on any pair of faces. You can compare a child to a grandparent (skipped-generation resemblance), two siblings, your partner, etc.
Is it different from a DNA test?
Yes. A DNA test analyses your raw genetic code (ethnic origins, medical predispositions). Our AI analyses visible facial geometry. The two are complementary, not competing.
Is the analysis accurate?
Yes, with quality photos (front-facing, good light, full face), our LLM Engine produces stable and reproducible scores. Accuracy drops with blurry, profile, or very old photos. Re-running the test with different photos typically yields the same result within ±5%.
